After the Event Insurance
When you enter into a no win no fee * agreement you would still have to pay the third parties solicitor fees if you lose the case. In addition you may have to pay your solicitors disbursement costs i.e. medical reports for which they have to pay third parties.
Nowadays you may be asked to take out an after the event insurance policy. This is to protect you in the event that you lose the personal injury claim, having to pay the opponents costs. It will also cover the disbursements occurred on your behalf by your solicitor such as medical reports etc.

There are many companies offering the insurance with different types of policies at very competitive prices.
For more information about after the event insurance call our advisors and they will answer all questions you may have, if you would like a call back please fill an out call back form and one of the advisors will get back to at the time stated.
