Shoulder injuries can be in conjunction with neck injuries or from sustaining injuries fro any other top part of the body.

Severe injury
£10,500 - £26,500
This is often associated with neck injuries that involve damage to the brachial plexus, which would result in severe disability to the claimant.
Serious
£6,750 - £10,500
This would come under dislocated shoulder, damage to the lower part of the brachial plexus which would cause pain to the shoulder and neck areas, aching in elbow along with sensory symptoms in the forearm and hand. This would make the claimant's grip very weak.

Moderate injury
£4,250 - £7,000
This margin of compensation would be for frozen shoulders and discomfort with the symptoms going on for more than two years.

Minor neck injury compensation
£2,500 - £4,500
This would be for soft tissue damage to the shoulder and neck leaving the claimant in very considerable pain for at least one year.
Fracture of clavicle
£2,750 - £6,500
The amount compensation awarded would depend on the level of disability, whether the symptoms are residual and if the injury is temporary or permanent. If the injury is very bad then you would be awarded the top end of the compensation stated above.
