The policy states that before the personal injury claim can be processed you must meet it's main requirements. These requirements are quantum, liability and limitation. A claimant can only make a personal injury claim within three years of the accident which is the requirement limitation. Quantum is the severity of the injuries picked up by the accident and liability is the evidence gathered to prove that the third party was negligent.
