Our no win no fee * service is what it states, there are no fees to be paid if you win or lose the claim. The claims process is al handled by us and is at no charge, leaving you with nothing to do but wait for the cheque to come through. The policy states that before the personal injury claim can be processed you must meet it's main requirements. These requirements are quantum, liability and limitation. A claimant can only make a personal injury claim within three years of the accident which is the requirement limitation. Quantum is the severity of the injuries picked up by the accident and liability is the evidence gathered to prove that the third party was negligent.
