Accident at Work Claims
There are many ways of funding a compensation claim for injuries which have happen during your time at work. The most common type of funding used is the no win no fee * scheme which does not cost the claimant if they lose the accident at work claim.

Our no win no fee * Scheme
With our no fee scheme you do not pay a penny towards any fees no matter winning or losing. All our fees are paid by the third party's insurance company ensuring that you keep 100% of the compensation rewarded. We also do not make you take out any loans for your personal injury claim.
Main Types of Accidents within a Work Place
The employer is responsible for the following and making sure that all employees have a safe working environment.
- Spillages
- Inadequate footware or safety clothing
- Unsuitable flooring
- Improper training
- Health and safety not kept to right standards
The employer must carry our regular checks to make sure that all safety requirements are met at all times. This would help to identify any particular risks and hazards that there may be within the existing work place.
If you have suffered injury from an accident at work due to the employer not carrying out their duties towards safety then you may be eligible to make a claim for compensation.

What to Produce for a no win no fee * Claim
The no win no fee * scheme has three main requirements which have to be met in order to process your claim.
- Quantum - This requirement would be to produce evidence stating that your injuries are severe and that they have been present for at least four weeks. For this you would have to get witness statements and have the accident reported in the accident book which every company must keep.
- Liability - This would be needed to prove that the employer was at fault for the incident by not providing a safe environment for their employees to work in. This is done by safety inspectors doing a report on the current working environment and stating any hazardous areas which may cause accidents.
- Limitations - The compensation claim must be made within a three year time period except for children.
Once all requirements are met the claim can be processed. Our advisors are always happy to help by guiding you to the right places in order to find the evidence needed to meet all the requirements.
